Consistent quality, returning again

This was my third purchase from Louyou, this time for a Support en bois gravé. I'd previously bought a Kit Empreinte Bébé and a Décoration murale en bois. What I appreciate most is the consistent quality. The engraving on the wooden support was just as precise as the previous items. Delivery took roughly the same amount of time, around 10 days to my place in California. It's nice knowing what to expect in terms of product finish and delivery speed. That's why I keep coming back for personalized gifts.

Good quality, delivery took a while

I ordered the Kit Empreinte Famille sur Plexiglas for my wife's birthday. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found what I needed easily. It took about 12 days for the kit to arrive, which felt a bit long, but it did ship from France to the US. The packaging was secure, and everything inside was intact. The plexiglass quality was sturdy, and the paint was safe and easy to use with the kids. We followed the instructions to clean it, and it looks great on our mantle. Customer support responded within 24 hours when I inquired about shipping status. Overall, happy with the product, just plan ahead for delivery.

Good kit, fast shipping

I ordered a Kit Empreinte Bébé. It arrived quickly, took about 5 days. The instructions were clear. Got a good print of my baby's hand. Happy with the purchase.

Good idea, minor hiccup

I ordered the Kit Empreinte Bébé. The concept is really lovely for capturing those tiny prints. The instructions were clear enough, and the paint seemed safe for baby's skin, which was a big plus. It came securely packed, no damage to the plexiglass. The only small thing was that the paint pot felt a little small for getting a good even coating, especially with a wiggly infant, so we had to reapply a few times. Overall, the end result is a nice keepsake, and the eco-friendly aspect is appreciated. Value for money is decent for a personalized item like this.

Nice product, delivery could improve

I bought the Kit Empreinte Famille sur Plexiglas. The kit itself was high quality and easy to use. We got some great prints. The personalized support looks good too. My only small issue was with the delivery. It took 8 days to reach me in Arizona, which felt a bit long for a domestic shipment. Otherwise, the experience was positive and the product is a nice keepsake.

Always reliable for gifts

This was my third order from Louyou, got a Support en bois personnalisé for my sister's new baby. Like my previous orders, the personalization was spot on and it arrived well-packaged. I keep coming back because their stuff is consistently good quality and makes for really thoughtful gifts. Shipping was about the same as last time, maybe a day longer but still within the window they gave.

Fun activity, cute memory

Got the Kit Empreinte Famille sur Plexiglas. It was super easy to use, even with a squirmy toddler. The paint cleaned off their hands pretty quick. Took about 5 days to get here to Arizona, which was fine. The final product looks really sweet on our mantel.

Repeat customer, always good quality

This was my third order from Louyou. I previously got a Kit Empreinte Bébé a few years ago and a Décoration murale en bois last year. This time, I ordered the Kit Empreinte Fratrie. Consistency is what keeps me coming back. The product quality is always solid, and the instructions are straightforward. Shipping was standard, about a week, which is what I expect. It's reliable for unique, personalized gifts. They do a good job.
